Well, our tree is up but not decorated. Christmas is here!!! So I bring you my toddler gift guide – everything can be found on Amazon and is under $50.
Actually I usually shop very last minute but my family will be exchanging gifts over Thanksgiving since we won’t be together at Christmas this year. Of course the holidays are not just about gifts, but it’s really fun now that we have children and nephews to buy for. I am enjoying this age where my son will be happy no matter what is under the tree. Not looking forward to the pre-teen years when they’ll only be happy when they get their iPhone 20 😩.
As I was creating a list of ideas for my family members, I thought I would share some ideas here. A few of these are well-loved items that we already have. I tried to add as many ‘non-toy’ gifts as possible. We all know what happens to the toys, they end up in a bunch of bins all over the playroom that get dumped out on a regular basis 🤦🏼♀️.

1. First 100 Sticker Books – you can’t go wrong with these. Perfect for long car rides or trips on an airplane. Take them out to dinner with you for a great activity to keep any toddler occupied.
2. Books – The Little Blue Truck is one of Harrison’s favorites and I was so excited to see there was a Christmas version! Customized books also make a great gift. Although we have a TON of books, it really is true that you can never have too many books. Also – they are easily donated to a school or library once you need to downsize.
3. Radio Flyer Scooter – this one is great for all ages (1-4). You can ride on it but then it converts to a scooter for older kids. A good quality brand that you know will last.
4. Bentgo Lunch Box – this was highly recommended by a friend as I was searching for a lunchbox for Harrison. There are tons of patterns and colors to chose from. It’s leak proof and BPA free. BONUS – Bentgo is a proud supporter of Feed the Children, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that gives hope and resources for hungry children and families. Since 2017, Bentgo has donated more than $150,000 to help put an end to hunger.
5. Melissa and Doug See & Spell Puzzle – I love all things Melissa and Doug. The storage case is great, making it easy to clean up.
6. Melissa and Doug Daily Calendar – we recently purchased this, love it. A fun way to learn the months and days of the week!
7. Vtech Write & Learn Creative Center – we received this last year as a gift and it’s one toy that Harrison consistently plays with. Other kids always love playing with it when they come over too.
8. Little Tikes Hide & Seek Climber – if you get a winter, you know how dreadful it can be inside with kids. This is the perfect size for indoor play and of course would work outdoors too.
9. Play-Doh Pizza Oven – we LOVE pizza in this house. We make it every Friday on the grill, so delicious. I think my husband will be jealous of this pizza oven. Super cute.
10. Melissa & Doug Felt Pizza Set – more PIZZA! This is such a fun toy and it even comes in it’s own little pizza box. I love a toy that comes with a way to store it. I am all about organization.
11. Aqua Magic Mat – Any mess-free art activity is a win in my book. This just uses water and it dries and can be used over and over again.
12. Water Table – although this might not get some use for months it’s the perfect gift and I could not resist adding the finding dory version.
13. Crayola Color Wonder Markers & Melissa & Doug Water Wow Flash Cards – two more great gifts that are perfect for travel and mess free! The markers only color on special paper so your couch and walls are safe 😅.
