I love ZENB Pasta because it’s made from yellow peas — a complete source of high-quality protein. Making for a truly delicious and better-for-you meal!

ONE PAN SKILLET LASAGNA RECIPE ⬇️

Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef (you can use any meat of your choice)
3 tsp. minced garlic
1 box of ZENB Pasta of your choice
1 14.5oz. can diced tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 cups low sodium chicken broth or water
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
In a large skillet add extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for one minute. 
Add ground beef, and seasoning. Cook until meat has browned and is cooked through. 
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken broth and ZENB Pasta, and stir until well combined. 
Cover with a lid and bring to a boil. Once it has been brought to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender and cooked through. 
Remove from heat and stir in cottage cheese and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over top. 
Cover until shredded cheese is melted and ENJOY! 😋

Some recent @homesense_us finds 🎄🕎

We celebrate both Christmas and Hanukkah at our house! I think my favorite finds are that mug and the nutcracker candles. Should I add those red bows to my tree?! I just had to have them and even though they say gift tags I think they could definitely be used as decor.
