Apple Cider Slushee Recipe ⬇️ Combine 1½ cup

Apple Cider Slushee Recipe ⬇️

Combine 1½ cups cider, 1½ tablespoons maple syrup, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 tablespoon sliced ginger slices, ½ teaspoon cloves and peppercorns and ½ teaspoon allspice berries (if using) in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat; let steep at room temperature, stirring once or twice, until cool, about 1 hour. Strain and discard spices.

Pour the cider mixture evenly into 12 ice cube tray wells (about 2 tablespoons each). Freeze until solid, about 3 hours.

Place the frozen cider cubes and ½ cup coconut milk in a blender. Process until slushy, about 30 seconds. Add up to 3 tablespoons cider, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach the desired consistency.

Rim glasses with honey and dip into a cinnamon sugar mixture. Divide between 2 (8-ounce) chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Absolutely loving this table + rolling storage bin

Absolutely loving this table + rolling storage bins for our playroom. I love how it’s low to the floor so the kids can just sit and do puzzles, legos and color. They do sell taller legs as well that you can add if you wanted to put chairs around the table.

Stop stressing over breakfast! Here’s an easy meal prep idea to kick-start your mornings all week ⬇️

Recipe:
2½ cups cooked quinoa
10 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup cottage cheese
4 cups raw spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup finely chopped basil
Sea salt (or Himalayan salt) and ground black pepper (to taste; optional)

Grease a 9x12 inch baking dish, mix all ingredients together and pour into the dish. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes. 🤗
