Limit Screen time: create a no phone zone

mrsmeganjane.com

The National Sleep Foundation recommends that you stop using electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bedtime

Set Up a Charging Station

Designate a place downstairs where the whole family's devices can charge. This will keep everyone accountable and it's a great habit to start for younger children.

1

Buy a physical alarm clock

I use my phone for my alarm too, and it sits by my bed and I'm likely to snooze it 100 times. Put your alarm clock across the room. Alexa can be used as an alarm clock too.

2

Choose a book to read

Reading more is on my list of things to do this year and having one by my bed and no phone available will encourage me to read more.

3

Create a Bedtime Routine

You will look forward to going to bed when you have a simple routine to wind down that doesn't include scrolling social media. Do your skincare, listen to a meditation on alexa, read, stretch, whatever makes you feel good!

4

Have you tried this?!
